Photographs and Profile Content
Photographs, biographies, questionnaires, and profile information submitted to Assured Matchmaking remain your property; however, by submitting them you grant us a limited, revocable license to use them solely for providing matchmaking services, promoting your profile to compatible introductions, and administering your membership.
Testimonials
If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, success story, photograph, or video, you grant Assured Matchmaking permission to use, reproduce, edit for grammar or length, publish, and display such content for marketing purposes unless you later withdraw permission in writing. Withdrawal will apply prospectively.
Photo and Video Release
By attending events, webinars, workshops, or promotional recordings, you acknowledge that photographs, audio, and video may be captured. Unless you notify us in advance or at the event, you grant permission for reasonable promotional use of such media.
Social Media Interactions
If you interact with our pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, or other platforms, those interactions are also governed by the privacy policies of those platforms.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party vendors to provide scheduling, CRM, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, SMS messaging, website hosting, customer support, cloud storage, and other business functions. These providers may process personal information only as necessary to provide their services.

Do Not Track
Our website may not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because there is currently no universally accepted standard.

Matchmaking decisions, coaching recommendations, and compatibility assessments are not made solely by automated systems.

No Waiver

I agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS messages from Assured Matchmaking (formerly Elite Rendezvous Matchmaking), including appointment reminders, educational content, promotions, newsletters, and marketing communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
SMS Consent and Phone Numbers
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of mobile information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide messaging services or as required by law.
Email Consent
I agree to receive newsletters, educational resources, promotions, event invitations, and marketing emails from Assured Matchmaking. I understand that I may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
