Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, downloading resources, joining our database, enrolling in courses, attending events, purchasing coaching or matchmaking services, or otherwise interacting with Assured Matchmaking, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Our Services
Assured Matchmaking provides matchmaking, relationship coaching, educational courses, digital products, live and virtual events, consultations, newsletters, workshops, and related services.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee introductions, dates, relationships, engagements, marriages, compatibility, or any particular personal outcome. Coaching and compatibility assessments are educational and professional opinions only.
The Clarity Method™
The Clarity Method™, the Clarity Starter Kit, Dating Clarity for Single Parents™, worksheets, exercises, assessments, videos, presentations, written materials, digital downloads, and related educational content are proprietary intellectual property of Assured Matchmaking unless otherwise stated.
License to Use Materials
When you purchase or receive our educational materials, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, copy, modify, publish, teach, upload, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, branding, graphics, course materials, website content, PDFs, videos, worksheets, coaching frameworks, matchmaking methodologies, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of Assured Matchmaking unless otherwise indicated.
Certain names, marks, and branding elements may be submitted for trademark registration in the future and are protected to the fullest extent permitted under applicable common law and intellectual property laws.
Confidentiality
All client profiles, photographs, personal information, coaching discussions, compatibility assessments, and matchmaking recommendations are confidential. Members agree not to copy, distribute, publish, or disclose another member's information without that individual's prior consent.
Non-Circumvention
Clients agree not to use information obtained through Assured Matchmaking to recruit members for competing matchmaking services, solicit business, market unrelated products or services, or otherwise interfere with the business relationships established through Assured Matchmaking.
Independent Decision-Making
Assured Matchmaking provides coaching, compatibility insights, curated introductions, and educational guidance; however, all dating, relationship, financial, legal, and personal decisions remain solely the responsibility of each client.
Trademark Notice
Assured Matchmaking®, The Clarity Method™, Clarity Starter Kit™, Dating Clarity for Single Parents™, and related branding, names, logos, and educational materials are proprietary to Assured Matchmaking. Certain names, marks, and branding elements are pending registration and are protected under applicable trademark and intellectual property laws.
User Conduct
You agree to provide truthful information, respect other members, refrain from harassment, discrimination, abuse, fraud, impersonation, or unlawful conduct, and comply with all applicable laws while using our services.
Member Conduct and Respect Policy
Assured Matchmaking is committed to providing a respectful and professional environment. Members agree to treat all staff, coaches, matchmakers, event attendees, and fellow members with courtesy and respect.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, intimidation, stalking, unwanted contact, abusive language, retaliation, fraudulent conduct, or behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of another individual may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund, where permitted by applicable law.
Members are expected to honor the privacy of introductions, communicate honestly, and conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the values of integrity, discretion, and respect.
Memberships
Matchmaking memberships are governed by the applicable membership agreement, including membership duration, pauses, coaching sessions, curated introductions, and other services purchased.
Educational Purposes
Our courses, coaching, and educational materials are intended to provide education, guidance, and personal development. They are not legal, financial, medical, psychological, or mental health advice.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, participate honestly in coaching and matchmaking, communicate respectfully, attend scheduled sessions, and promptly notify Assured Matchmaking of material changes that may affect services.
Database Membership
Membership in our complimentary database does not guarantee introductions, coaching, or selection for matchmaking services. Inclusion in the database is solely for consideration when compatible opportunities become available.
Coaching Services
Coaching is educational in nature and is intended to improve dating clarity, communication, confidence, and relationship decision-making. Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or mental health treatment.
Events
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of our events.
Confidentiality Between Members
Information learned about another member through our services is confidential and should not be shared without that person's consent.
Safety Disclaimer
Although we may verify identities or conduct screening in certain circumstances, no screening process guarantees another person's character, intentions, or future conduct. Clients remain responsible for exercising independent judgment and taking appropriate safety precautions when meeting anyone introduced through our services.
Course Access and Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases of digital courses, downloadable materials, videos, worksheets, and educational products are final. Because digital content is delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. A refund request will only be considered if you can demonstrate that you did not meaningfully access or use the course materials, or if a substantial technical failure on our part prevented reasonable access and we are unable to correct the issue within a reasonable time. Circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control, including qualifying force majeure events, will be evaluated individually. Approval of any refund request is at the sole discretion of Assured Matchmaking, except where prohibited by law.
Payments
Fees are due as agreed at the time of purchase or under the applicable membership agreement. Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Consultations and coaching sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be treated as completed sessions unless otherwise agreed.
Photo, Video, and Testimonial Release
By voluntarily submitting testimonials, reviews, photographs, or videos, or by participating in recorded events, you grant Assured Matchmaking a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use such materials for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes unless you revoke that permission in writing for future uses.
Background Screening and Identity Verification
To help maintain the integrity of our matchmaking community, Assured Matchmaking may, at its discretion, conduct identity verification, criminal background screening, public records searches, or other reasonable due diligence through reputable third-party providers. The scope of any screening may vary depending on the service provided, the information available, and applicable law.
While these measures are intended to provide an additional level of confidence, no background check, identity verification, or screening process can guarantee a person's character, intentions, future conduct, or overall compatibility.
Clients acknowledge that they remain responsible for exercising their own judgment, asking appropriate questions, conducting any additional due diligence they deem necessary, and making independent decisions regarding any relationship or introduction.
Participation in a background screening does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or warranty by Assured Matchmaking.
Assumption of Risk
By participating in matchmaking, coaching, events, courses, consultations, or introductions, you acknowledge that all personal relationships involve uncertainty. You accept full responsibility for your decisions, communications, meetings, and relationships with other individuals.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Assured Matchmaking, its owner, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to failed relationships, emotional distress, lost opportunities, personal injury, property loss, or financial loss.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Assured Matchmaking and its representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
Communications Consent
Assured Matchmaking may send SMS text messages to individuals who have expressly opted in to receive them. Messages may include event notifications, event reminders, scheduling updates, appointment reminders, service-related communications, educational information, and, when separately authorized, promotional messages and special offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Assured Matchmaking through the contact information provided on our website.
Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our collection and use of personal information related to SMS communications is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Electronic Signatures
You agree that electronic signatures, online checkboxes, electronic acknowledgments, and digital acceptance of these Terms shall have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures where permitted by law.
Copyright Enforcement
Unauthorized copying, sharing, recording, distributing, reproducing, selling, publishing, or using any portion of our proprietary materials, including The Clarity Method™, videos, worksheets, assessments, presentations, or digital downloads, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms, abusive conduct, fraud, safety concerns, non-payment, or any activity that may negatively impact our clients or business.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, internet outages, cyberattacks, power failures, or other unforeseen events. Where appropriate, affected services may be rescheduled or alternative arrangements offered.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed membership or coaching agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Assured Matchmaking regarding your use of our services.
